We at New Langton Arts couldn't get by without our team of enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers and interns. Volunteers help install and de-install exhibitions, greet visitors in the gallery, staff theater events, bartend at opening receptions, and assist in every department. In exchange for their valuable time and talent, volunteers get behind the scenes experience in a nonprofit arts space and provide crucial support for the organization.

Whether you have specialized skills, need to work off some Project 20 hours, or just have some time to help us out, Langton is a great place to get involved with contemporary art and the workings of a nonprofit arts space. If you are interest in committing at least 8 hours a week to volunteering in a certain department at Langton, consider applying for an internship. Langton's internship program is structured to coordinate applicant's interests and schedules, and your time spent at Langton can be used for school credit. Positions in our departments are available quarterly. Interns must be willing to commit at least 8 hours/week for three months and may receive school credit for their work.
